We offer three tiers: Core, Signature, and VIP. Core covers the essentials for small practices, Signature is our most popular tier with full compliance support for most healthcare practices, and VIP adds white-glove, enterprise-level service for multi-location practices.
What compliance support is included with each plan?
Every plan includes practical support for HIPAA compliance. Core comes with a self-assessment checklist and a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA), Signature adds an annual Security Risk Analysis and full HIPAA policy documentation, and VIP includes formal compliance reporting ready for regulators, insurers, or attorneys.
Do you provide on-site support?
Yes VIP plans include unlimited on-site support for Northern Virginia practices at no additional charge. Our team also assists remotely with hardware issues, software installation, and cybersecurity audits across all plans. Remote support can also be bundled with any tier for an additonal cost
What cybersecurity protection is included?
